To introduce a broadcast network that works like nothing seen before, yet works worlds better than what has gone before.

Well what starts as an insane dream, then to an idea that could work. To nearly six years later now AbiliTV the effort to open the doors, raise the roof off, the mass media industry that I as well as many others thought was being plugged up by the networks, and big media, and the parent companies of these companies.

AbiliTV doesn’t work like other media organizations, in that the content you created, remains yours even when used in trans-formative ways to spread awareness in an educational fun and creative way at no cost to anyone.

The Problem: People have been excluding people from entire parts of society for generations. When this is done to so totally exclude any group of people for any reasons, this is called Eugenics. When you do not allow for these actions to take place towards one group, and allow them towards another, this is also discrimination no matter the excuse used for allowing it.

One single word, separates 2.1 billion people from 4.9 billion people of the world today when we round to 7 billion total people. One word allows one group to exclude the other just about 100% from all global activities the other group is able to do any time it likes.

The word has a particular spelling to highlight the fact we are talking about one thing here.

disABILITIES. This is the word as normally read disabilities, this is the one word that allows one group to segregate, ignore, insult, stereotype, typecast, and all of the other inhumane things we as people can do to other people. So this is not a money created issue. And, while for centuries money has been wasted on trying to study it, fix it, and ultimately fail it… We still end up here. The same place we started, until now.

Although the International Paralympic Committee appears on the surface to be in total support of people with disABILITIES on a global scale. I would like to point out actions that as of as recent as 4/4/2011 prove otherwise.

The words they enamor us with on all of the on-line, off-line, and other methods to reach us are in my opinion at this time (witch could change later) pointless, and empty at best.

My on-line web cast AbiliTV has a few very loyal viewers and one of these viewers decides to buy the full rights to broadcast the entire Paralympic Games for some $25,000.00 out of his own pocket. No donations, no paying it off over time, no grants, no sponsors.

The IPC allows his purchase of the license to broadcast the Paralympic Games, so we ready to bring the Paralympics games to the USA, granted a small market over all, however I think in 1992 or was it 1996 ( it was the 1990’s) ABC bought the rights and without any fan-fair pop the Paralympics on the Air to a totally unaware US population. So the games flop here, at least from looking only at that one that I can find failed attempt to air them.

I was granted permission from the IPC to be able to produce promo content, I messed up thinking I could make as much promo content as I wanted in support as a fan based supporter of the Paralympic Games. I didn’t use these rights for a few years as I tried to locate older content of the IPC, and content not showing 3rd party content if possible.

Four videos later and just days apart from my viewer friends being shot down by the IPC, I get told how they have rules and standards and how I didn’t follow them. I never knew they had these as a average disABLED citizen. I didn’t know to even ask if they had things like that. I figured when they sent me an email pack of content it would detail how to use things, and include the item I found recently: Styles rules standards of the IPC.

My friends who paid for the rights got accepted, with me starting a full on advertising blitz that the Paralympic Games will be shown in the USA, and on my show online as well as on ParalympicSport.tv, ParalympicSportTV on YouTube (videos), UnversalSports (GE, NBC) not sure if live or videos and slide shows.

The IPC also sent me the code to install the same exact video player they use on ParalympicSport.tv for me to install into any website I host from or use for my awareness efforts. So we are well withing the rights granted us, minus me making three more promo videos than I was allowed.

Once I read the email removed all of those videos from my SpinergyDude Youtube channel right away, and sent an email saying such to the IPC contact on YouTube. As I do respect the content, and feel badly for making an error.

The IPC slams down on the ability to broadcast the games when they learn that it is a small grassroots effort to try to bring the games to the states. They even go as far as taking my friends to court, and eventually the IPC lost the battle due to violations of the license contract.

Seems that the contract allowed anyone able to broadcast the right to do so, with the typical rules and agreements of course. The dotted line was signed the contract final. And, the IPC agreed we could broadcast. We never once lied to hide who we are, we didn’t try to trick them into thinking we had a huge market to broadcast to, and for sure didn’t act like we wanted to show them up.

The IPC at the last minute adds to the contract thus violating it’s signed and agreed upon terms the need for us to get the “RIGHT” sponsors. No mention as to what the “RIGHT” sponsors had to be in order to now meet this new demand. What would stop them from an endless loop of changes to the contract, and expectations of us to meet.

The IPC never could imagine such a rinky dinky effort could result in such a dynamic outcome. I mean to actually get the proper rights to the license to broadcast such an important event, a group of people that shouldn’t be able to have the ability to do this kind of thing.

The IPC freaks out, and would rather impede the mission and vision they have for these Athletes, and the many thousands of companies organizations to sponsor in any way the IPC and Paralympics in general. The result is the same as the “one bad apple” story.

Now that the IPC has made the choice to act in this manner, and as such they make all of these other people in the supporting/sponsoring roles appear to be in with the actions of the IPC.

The result is this, the people who are the IPC, the Shareholders, the Board of Directors are the ones who decided to squash the Paralympic Games from being shown in the USA legally through the proper channels. And, yet this was not allowed, why? The really weak excuse per the IPC: You do not have the “right” sponsors.

When the IPC lost the case they ended up paying $50,000.00 due to breach of contract. So you tell me what do these actions state to you? You know what I think. Talk about irony.

AbiliTV

Sponsors of these events, Athletes of these events realize I do continue to 100% support your efforts. And, am not angry even at the IPC here, I am concerned to as where and why the discrimination, eugenics, and of course ignorance is coming from.

If any company wishes to reach me to talk sponsoring AbiliTV reach me at @AbiliTV. I mean a sponsorship that I hope will not cost you money either. You will will see when you contact me. Until then, let’s all celebrate the positive Abilities of all people.

All content is presented as factual opinion.

IGNORANCE - GREED - EUGENICS & DISCRIMINATION - IPC ParalympicSport.tv

Let’s start off with I am not angry, just frustrated here. Also, I hold the highest respect for the actual Athletes of the Paralympic Games(notice the proper use the letter “A” IPC.)

Since finding out about the Paralympics when I was 38 years old, I am 41 at this time, I was shocked that living the USA we did not show these elite Athletes like we do the able bodied counterparts.

So I set off to contact the IPC, and when I found out about the US Paralympic Team they also. it would eventually be the IPC that replied back, and soon we had what I thought was a good agreement. I admit I messed up and thought I could produce more than a single video effort in support of these fine Paralympic games. So that was my mistake, I accepted that and removed all videos with anything to do with the Paralympic Games when I read an email stating now, years later they have rules, guidelines and, that I can no longer produce anything in support of them, rather just use the videos they have to send links to my friends.

I thought wait, this is strange, and if you have had these rules and such why not share them with me when we made the agreement?

What the IPC never expected, well I also did not either. Was that my small little effort would actually inspire someone to buy the full rights to broadcast the Paralympic Games in the USA. The IPC I am sure was not ready for a fan based support effort to be able to do what they themselves as I would find out DON’T WANT TO HAPPEN!

Yes, this is correct, the very IPC Board of Directors - Shareholders do not want the Paralympics in the USA. For sure not with an effort like this nor my “friends” being the ones hosting the events. According to the IPC we don’t have the ‘Right” sponsors.

Why would we need sponsorship? The broadcast license is PAID in full you ignorant fools. The worst we would do is showcase all the current sponsors supporting the Paralympic Games. Pepsi, Omega, BMW, Air Canada, and all the rest would be getting FREE exposure to more people. And, the potential that a major media company could see our little effort and it’s Board of Directors say something like: Now that takes guts to pull off! Let’s be the ones to air the Paralympics from now on.

And, who knows maybe just maybe the greedy little ignorant bigots of the IPC would then see even more sponsorship.

Based on 100% ACTIONS they themselves did I would like to say I think the people whom are the Board of Directors, and the Shareholders of the IPC are partaking in global scale EUGENICS ( forcing people out of a culture, keeping them repressed, or otherwise not allowing them the same rights as able people in this case to be on US TV), and Discrimination against people with disabilities the world over.

I know it seems insane, they should be able to request that anyone who can afford the FULL broadcast license need the ‘right’ sponsors. Well that can be anyone, and can be changed to fit what ever needs they have for or against spreading the awareness of the Paralympic Games. So when we get the ‘right’ sponsors what will we need next? Or will we not have the ‘right’ sponsors no matter whom we find?

This is like saying they can’t be here. But, never state who ‘they’ actually are.

What this effort AbiliTV does costs nothing for the IPC to allow to happen. The fact that we have tons of IPC material they allow all over the internet that fails to follow the so called style guidelines makes me question the motives of the IPC.

I would say it is only GREED, but it can not be. Not when we have NBC a GE owned company presenting the Olympics, and online they present the Paralympics content also, so how hard would it really be to ask they show the event? It seems to have a deeper cause as to make the IPC do what they did to my “friends” and this effort.

It seems they are part of the root cause of global ignorance when it comes to people with disabilities and Athletes with disabilities.

Well, as for me this was an interesting turn of events, because I had sent a heartfelt email to the Board of Directors, and the Shareholders of the IPC before knowing all of these other details of them being the ones to be holding back the awareness in the USA and I can see now how it would apply to any other part of the world, they wanted to extort more money out of. All at the expense of the people whom the events are for, and the people pf the world whom should have the option to watch them on TV.

I can hear the BoD and sharholders laugh so hard they fall over at my silly email now that I think about it. I can hear them saying “what a fool”, “who does he think he is?”, and so on.

Well, the story of one bad apple should be noted here… Now that this took place it is hard for me not to think 100% of the entire IPC organization from the top most levels down are as corrupt as what I experienced. It is actions not words that actually speak the loudest. And, this action is a sonic boom of total discrimination, eugenics, and ignorance on a global scale.

AbiliTV - Found out how to open the doors of Mass Media. With the help of some of my “friends” we can do anything.

naranjas:

This serves as a harsh reminder of the lack of progress in our society. It almost seems as if we’re regressing. Why must someone be the victim of a hate crime because they are attracted to the same sex? Why is it that people feel the need to impose their ignorance and hate on innocent people? I am not writing this to try to change anyone’s opinions regarding the gay community. That is your business and can only be changed by your own contemplation, but I think the gay community has been the victim of enough discrimination, do we really need to be reminded of how marginalized we are by getting beat to a pulp?

so what I’m trying to say is….

STOP THE FUCKING HATE CRIMES.

Not sure whom I needed to address this to so I tried to include all of you, please share this with those I didn’t mention here. I would like this to be seen by 100% of the share holders please. Thank you.

I call your attention today my business friends, not to be angry with you. Not to call names, not to even curse you out. Actually I would like nothing more than to express my total confusion over something important to your shareholders.

I am just confused as to why we do not have people with disabilities able to represent themselves. If the person is black, white, Asian, Jewish, and you got the idea I believe. They all are allowed to be the ones who represent who they are today in all forms of media. Black-face is not considered acceptable, making a joke the The Holocaust would not be seen as acceptable, neither would stereo typing any other ethnic, religious, Gay & Lesbaian lack of faith based people on Earth.

Yet, the media and the companies that advertise on the media companies parent companies Like GE own do these very things to all people of the world if they are disabled. Maybe not in those same exact ways as above however it is all still the same thing in the end. Global scale eugenics, forced isolation, and discrimination. Regardless of the excuses that have been forced upon the general public for far to long.

I know that when I contacted many of the US media companies before, they told me that no one was or would be interested in people with disabilities in the media (other PwDs would be most likely, as would carers, and supporters). Not enough sponsors to support the production costs (really, then who is it that sponsors the Paralympics? Deaflympics? and Special Olympics?),

Bringing us to the most important aspect of this online meeting: Not enough money in it for the broadcasters.

If I was one of the share holders of any company that was against a group of people, I would make sure it was not the group with people in every other group on Earth. For a group to be apart of every other group on Earth it means one thing… A huge market share that I have overlooked before as a source of income. After all my reasons for holding shares of a company are to make money.

How big is this market that my company is forcing out of the global media well if you only follow the official reports of the World Bank, US Global Census keeper, and others like this they will state something of 10 to 11% of the total population is reported as being disabled. The population is 7 billion people or about that now. So this makes just 10% 7 Hundred Million people.

I would follow this groups global, and local activities, paying attention to the the second largest event on the planet to gain viewers, sponsors, and revenue. The event drew 1.6 Billion people from 22 analyzed countries, with Japan and Germany leading the way.

Now, I would wonder how did 7 hundred million people end up with 1.6 billion people plus tuning into an event, that lasted about 100 hours or so for just five events.

Drawing more people than FIFA, American Football, Baseball, NASCAR, Golf combined, would for sure make me take note. All of these other events are shown in all kinds of media our company owns. Why isn’t this one groups?

Looking past the reported posting of numbers, I look into the world’s population distribution. In developing nations we find that about 83% of the 7 billion people of the world live. In that I found that people are counted for headcount and nothing more. So we do not ever realize where the bulk of this excluded group live. Between the low end of the estimate range without the prior 7 hundred million is: 4.3 billion to the high end of the range over 5.7 billion people.

Once I realize this, I ask myself now as a share holder why would I exclude these people? This revenue base that is actually larger than anything I first assumed was possible.

Naturally I think about the companies public image, and what the efforts of stomping on the little guy really looks like to the world’s public. And, to this untapped new market.

Because, if word gets out that we are not helping the little guy trying to help us, and help this group be able to represent itself on my companies media outlets. I want to be the parent company and all others under that umbrella to be the ones that step up to help this group get equality.

Not only could this look good to the possible new market, it also sends out a clear message to the world whom looks up the company I own shares of as a leader of support, equality, and bringing good things to media life.

The portion of the market we already dominate in may actually show more support in terms of new products, and services never realized before allowing full media access to this one group. Opening up even more revenue streams never imagined possible before now.

I would ask myself and all share holders would it be in the best interest of our company if we keep this market, and revenue stream from being realized?

I would look into history to see when using the excuse of money, as a means to discriminate any group as a good business plan. When I find that it has been epic fail, after epic fail and that the groups ended up attaining the very thing they had been kept from in the end.

I would realize that trying to prevent at the cost and expense of our company image, and revenue keeping the little guy from broadcasting is not the answer. In fact I would instead ask the little guy if they might like a little boost in getting heard. Instead of seeing it as an attempt to undermine our revenue, make it a bridge to build it, and expand our public image into realms never imagined possible before.

As a share holder my goal is to insure that all share holders have shares worthy of holding onto. So my last question would be why limit your market to only 2.1 billion people. Why not make it include all 7 billion people?

Everyone of GE, and maybe other Media companies, I do not hate, or dislike your companies, I just don’t like being excluded as a human being from partaking in what I see my able counterparts doing all the time, and then they get to represent me. This is annoying to me.

I hope this little effort reaches deep to the core of the share holders, and expresses how much of market you are excluding in today’s world.

AbiliTV - Celebrating the positive ABILITIES of all people… And, I hope media companies also.

AbiliTV BlogSpot Blog

AbiliTV BlogSpot Blog

One bad APPLE...

This is a little story about an apple.

One day the Olympics was created, and the global media loved it. In time the world would grow to expect to see this event of events shown on people’s TV stations. Allowing the ELITE of the sports world a chance to do what they do in front of as much of a global audience as possible.

I mean with all of the years of practice, devotion, frustration, effort, and more to poor into the sport they are passion filled with to reach such levels. These people deserved the spotlight of the world media leaders. And, as such also got the attention of another type of supporter.

SPONSORS.

All the while this was going on another group of equally hard working towards the sports they loved was going on also. Only thing one broadcaster decided to NOT show these EQUALLY deserving sports ELITE the same attention as the Olympians.

The SPONSORS however have always felt differently on a more down keyed stance they did and DO to this day support these other athletes. Only thing is sadly none of the SPONSORS speak out against the ONE BAD APPLE (Broadcasters). And request that these people who run these companies wake up and start showing proper respect to EQUALLY devoted people to the sports they are in as the Olympic group they so love.

One day someone started this effort called AbiliTV and this effort was unlike anything ever seen before devoted to the spotlighting of not just this one other group of ignored sports elite… But to a group that is larger than all other groups on earth today. Outside of course of just one single group… That would be the human race itself.

In trying to find out why this group of athletes and billions of others have been ignored, and shunned, and treated as if they have no abilities, and are thus unable to be worthy of being apart of the local and global culture they are apart of, and not to have any of the same rights as the other group of people…

AbiliTV’s effort would discover the bad apple(s). Sadly not all sponsors, and not all broadcasters really fall under this rating. However, the same can be stated for this other group of people that are treated pretty equally the same. As if we are worthless non-humans that should just go away and die someplace, leaving everyone else alone.

Seems a little extreme I know, yet wait until you realize this is not just a story of something that happened years ago, or is just imagined. It goes on right now to this day.

After doing a lot of research and discovering that these broadcasters lied about many things, and refuse to change how they stand on the issue. Then the only thing left to do is to relate to these companies or rather the PEOPLE that run them in a language they will better respect and understand.

One bad apple makes all the OTHERS look equally as bad.

Or to put it in business terms.

The actions these global broadcasters and the respective sponsors they air are doing to people with disabilities is called Eugenics, and Discrimination on a global scale.

And, these actions have gained the attention of an effort that is about WIN/WIN in that all parties win and need not to compromise. That is AbiliTV.

What MAY happen at anytime now could become the world’s largest class action case ever to be seen or ever will be.

Let me break it down to this:

Every company that broadcasts TV in any fashion will be included in these three main location and others: USA, UK, Canada.

100% of ALL sponsors of the Paralympic and Special Olympic games will be included in this action also.

If this does not speak: Don’t take it personal, it’s just business. Then I give up.

Of course this post is nothing but my opinion, and is not legal in any way shape or form.

HOWEVER - Let it serve as a hint to those who read this that are in these industries…

WAKE UP AND CONTACT ABILITV to make it known your all about SUPPORTING people with disAbilities be a quest on my live show.

I have no ill feelings towards any of the above people who run any of the companies. I just don’t like that for decades and longer that we as a global community have sat back allowing this to happen. When we wouldn’t for the ABLE people as proven time and time again throughout history.

Let’s work on a WIN/WIN that will help shatter stereotypes, and more.

I broadcast on USTREAM as AbiliTV M-F start early some days, but time to roll is 10AM Eastern Standard Time USA.

I would love to meet the SPONSORING companies PR people or better yet the Chair of the Board of Directors or CEO of these companies. Why? Because they are just people also. And, I want to see if they feel that the TIME they have is any more worthy than my time.

I can assure ALL companies NO slander, no tricks, no lies. Just an honest chat about the Paralympics, and also about they company they are with, and a little of who they are.

It’s relaxed laid back and very informal on my little show, and it has one single goal in mind. WIN/WIN. I am always open to conversation with other WIN/WIN thinkers.

I am also on Twitter my tweet logo is the blue bird of twitter with the AbiliTV logo over it. I am @abilitv on twitter and look to saying THANK YOU to ALL of the Paralympic Sponsors for you see I really rather ask you all to just request the BROADCASTERS to air the Paralympics and that YOU make some cool commercials featuring those fine games also. Not this rainbow stuff I have seen so far. That is so well cheesy. And insults many people on a global scale its not even funny.

Hey, also how the heck do I make TMBLR work for my effort as so I can continue to update this thing? Any help here would be ROCK’N!

I forgot I had this account… O,o I also forgot I had a TWITTER one so don’t feel bad.

Your goofball of a found of AbiliTV
